@uncut sage even if you contact Stripe live support, they won't do anything. Your business is considered as too high risk for them to handle your payments.
I would reach out to Support to get clarification.
i cant lose the money, i invest some of them
and i will lose both the received and what i paid for the products i resell ???
As they said in the e-mail, amounts that weren't wired to your bank account will be refunded to your customers.
Try to reach the support to limit your losses.
If you have any way to cancel products delivery, you can limit some of the loss. But otherwise, if any of your demands to appeal this decision fails, yes.
