There isn't a feature in Stripe to automatically select the proper price in the currency that the customer is located in. You will have to implement the geolocation feature to do that yourself

Thank you for the information! I also assume there is no way to have the customer select the currency (other than having the produce listed multiple times in different currencies and selecting it that way?)

That's correct. You will have to select the right price on your end based on the customer's location
