What do you mean by "how much access"? I assume your core problem is just that you have an account that you aren't able to connect to an existing platform?
Let me ask it from the users POV
they're going to a connect page (like the link above) and the Stripe account isn't showing up and instead it's asking them to create a new stripe account
What roles does the person need to be able to use in that org that's not showing up to be able to use the connect feature?

Yeah that does make sense, but the fact that the account is missing from the list is likely unrelated to any permission/roles issue. It's likely some other restriction - do you have the account ID that you're not able to get connected?

I'm not seeing anything on our end that would prevent that account from connecting to Blendo - I'd recommend writing into support (https://support.stripe.com/contact) with a screenshot of what the customer/connected account is seeing when they go through the oauth flow so they can take a closer look

Interesting, okay. And you said its okay if the user account is only on a developer role?
Let me double check that
Yeah, the developer role should have no issue connecting to accounts

I just wanted to let you know that my issue was because my account is a platform and the other account is a platform, and Strait connect doesn’t allow me to connect platform to platform. I didn’t know if you would come across this again so I wanted to let you know @lime halo
