support does not respond to me and I’m British so I cannot contact them via phone
Support is the team that can address this. When did you reach out? We respond as soon as possible but it can take a bit sometimes depending on volume.
I have addressed this quite some time ago
I believe a customer is lying as stripe does thorough checks but still I hope stripe can help me out and let me get back into bussiness

If my stripe does end up getting closed will I still have access to the money or will all payment get refunded?

i wish I could talk to somone that has the authority to re open a stripe account so I can give them a detailed account of what might have happened

i have just received a message saying there was a chargeback from a client (unauthorised)
But I check to in my disputes section and there isn’t any
Could this be a random security check?
