hi! I'd suggest reaching out to our support team https://support.stripe.com/?contact=true with full details on some of the failed payments(like the PaymentIntent pi_xxx and any other context you have) so we can look into it.
I know you said you contacted them already but this isn't the right venue, we don't know anything about this here, we answer API questions, not questions about declines, and it's anonymous. Our support team can help but you might need to push!
hello already done that many times and they just tells that it's fault of the bank. But, my question is why the bank flags stripe fraud in some days of the week while they don't flag it fraud on other? is there anyone else to whom i can contact except customer care. I don't think i will get anything by contacting them
