Are you using a Wordpress plugin to integrate Stripe or are you doing this yourself?

I'm using stripe's plugin.

paypal works just fine but stripe loads slow and only on desktop version

on the mobile works fine

In this case Support is your best bet. It might take a few tries before you get to the right people but they can route you to individuals who have knowledge of the Stripe WP plugin.
