Hello, by which step do you mean of email verification?
Or do you mean adding an additional step on Connect Onboarding for email verification?
I think on the very first step in the AccountLink, it would requires a valid email entered to be able to process

yes I mean adding an additional step to verify they have an email by sending them a code, and them having to enter their email account and confirm they have the email
Okie I just tried the flow again. We don't have an explicit enforcement for email. We check the ownership of the phone number, and address / document instead
I think it's not possible to custom the flow. But you can collect the email address beforehand, verify it yourself, and pre-fill it into Connect onboarding: https://stripe.com/docs/connect/express-accounts#create-account
