Generally I recommend go to Support and they would be able to clarify the reason

I understand. Support always says the same thing, they never say why and so I never know how to fix the problem
Can you give the email you used when chat with Support? In the end I don't think I can add any more information than them, but just for a quick check if they missed the email

Yes, they just said the usual: They can't accept it because they can't take risks. But what risks? Not to mention that the site was denied immediately... And not just me, several people in Brazil are having the same problem.
