@atomic grove it probably means you are not a Developer or Administrator on that account

if you check https://dashboard.stripe.com/settings/user (at the bottom) it shows you the accounts you're a member of and your role in them

what exactly is happening? you go to https://dashboard.stripe.com/test/webhooks/create and when trying to create the webhook you get the error you mentioned?

Exaclty, if i go to the following url:
https://dashboard.stripe.com/webhooks/create

(the one you send is for test mode)
It gives me the following error:

You do not have the required permissions for this endpoint on account...

i really don't know, i refreshed the page, changed accounts and i believe that did it

can you confirm the permissions are ok with that account?

from what I can tell previously you were only looking at a read-only version of the dashboard

but yeah everything seems fine, not sure what happened but glad it's resolved
