I can see in my platform account it needs more info but when I log in I don't see where to complete this
and what acct type

for Standard, you have to add that info in the Settings page
typically, Standard acct owners get emails from Stripe on what info they need to update
I can see in business information it says pending verification
is payouts disabled on all test accounts?
It all depends on what information is collected

Okay so log to the Stripe dashboard as that account. You should be prompted to provide additional information in order to enable payouts.

Alright, I just created a new Standard account (why I took so long) and I can confirm this takes a little while to process. I initially logged in using my new account and didn't see anything either.
So I just have to wait?
I'm just unsure where this ID verification thing is for documents if that's what I'm missing
Yeah, I just created mine and it says I'm missing my SSN for payout verification. I'm looking for it. I swear when I did this a month ago it prompted me on login

How come I can create many account/account links with the same email?
The email is an optional parameter. So I don't think there's much validation except that it correspond to proper email formatting.

I think the workflow may have changed and it's a little less intuitive. Which is why I'm trying to go through it with you
You can create a new link with the existing account ID and test it out. The data you've already provided should be populated
If you log in to your platform account, go to your connect page, and click on the account in the pending status, you should be able to click the Pending icon near the title and see what items are causing the hold up
Okay so in the settings for that account, under Business Details, you should be able to provide that information

when you're on the connected account page, on the upper right hand corner, there should be a copy id or if you look at the url, there should be something like acct_123

yep totally understand. It's actually pending verification right now
so it's not that you need to provide additional information, it's that our system is still verifying the information you've already provided. Does that make sense?

But why would a test account need verification? When I just clicked use test IDs for this part
