no, since if you don't use Elements you are putting yourself into PCI compliance scope(are you audited every year and can return a SAQ declaration to Stripe? if not, you should use Elements!) https://stripe.com/docs/security/guide#validating-pci-compliance
So you can't just use our functions like confirmPayment without using Elements form elements to accept the actual card details(Is that what you're trying to do?)

no, we have nothing like that and you can't build one when using Stripe as you can not get access to the card details
