@lament glacier hi! if you're creating the Express account through the API, could you share the account ID acct_xxx so I can have a look?

also the thing I would mention is there are settings on https://dashboard.stripe.com/test/settings/connect and https://dashboard.stripe.com/settings/connect (test mode and live mode) and they are separate, so make sure you are configuring the settings for the mode you're using

Hi, Thanks for your answer. I'm using plugin Stripe Connect Marketplace for Bubble. My Account ID is acct_1Gv5hVHOInef6z8p. I've just look my seeting (Test vs Live mode). I doesnt seem to have problem

hmm, you have some French Express accounts connected in test mode at least, from last week

if you use Bubble and not your own code it's a little hard to help since it's possible Bubble creates the account and prefills something.
Can you give me more context on how you created that first screenshot? Is there a link I can use to try to sign up for an account on your platform and see this myself?

Sure! In Test mode, there wasn't any problem to create french stripe account. To create a french connect account you can go there https://connect.stripe.com/express/oauth/authorize?response_type=code&client_id=ca_KIqxX0vvr04Kuo0MXpdYIOWyggjtoWKw#/

What's weird is that the first (phone number) is with frencj indicator, so It suggest that next step will be the same

so like you say, that creates a FR account and asks for FR details which all seems normal

so where is your screenshot from exactly?

I Just get it!!! The email I used (for the screen) was already associated to an US account, that was, it turned country to US! Thank for your Help!
