Im not sure if you are familiar with the program "AYCD", but they have an in house stripe card generator, and I think everything is right besides the card holder ID, which is where Im getting issues

And the credentials are definitely right because when I go to the analytics on Stripe, it says failed

gotcha, then you have to talk to the platform then, this channel can help if you were building a code based integration yourself but in this case, you are integrated through a platform
