It depends on if you use Automatic Payout or Manual Payout
Manual Payout only happen if you as the platform command it. Automatic payout will happen based on the schedule you define

Invoking the API will create a manual Payout, yes. But there is still uncertainty why your connected account didn't get payout.

Seems that the Payout will be visible on 21 Dec
In most cases, when you start processing live payments from your customers with Stripe, you won’t receive your first payout until 7–14 days after receiving your first successful payment
Because that's the first Payout
