@cursive acorn we don't I think have any specific advice as it's up to you, you can have up to 100 accounts, but live and test mode on the same account are completely separate so there's not much reason to have an account just for testing. I do most of my testing on my main account, I only use separate accounts when I want to test things in e.g. a Stripe account based in a different country.
and yes, there is a button to copy some of the test mode data to live mode on the same account

no, the prod_xxx and price_xxx IDs do change when copying that way
