Hello! I'm not sure I fully grasp what that could mean exactly. But you as a platform can create a charge on a connected account for $100, and take your own fee say $50 back to the platform, and then you can distribute part of that fee to other connected accounts. Is that what you are trying to do?

Briefly: no you can't do it directly but you can create a separate transfer if needed.

The fee is deducted from the connected account amount, your platform gets the application fee you set
