it's related to the payment disputes / refunds. If you have a market place of digital good, the a item is reselled 5 times in a week, and after that comes a dispute on the first credit card payment in the first sale... You see the problem? Yes, we will use stripe radar but it does not reduce fraud to near 100% right?

Plenty of merchants that sell digital goods trust us and our fraud prevention. Unfortunately personally am not well versed in what numbers you want but sales will be able to better speak to its efficacy along the lines you are thinking
