I need list via API

so for example getting their payouts is just https://stripe.com/docs/api/payouts/list as usual, with the Stripe-Account option.

It will not return customer payouts

yup it's actually returns the main accounts payout.

then you didn't pass Stripe-Account on the request.

that is not what I shared with you though

so I don't know why you're running that code..

const payouts = await stripe.payouts.list({
        limit: 3,
      }, {stripeAccount:"acct_xxx"}) 

is how you'd do this.
