Am I allowed to use this with my current verified canadian business location? Or would I also have to setup a brand new corporation in India as well.

What feature are you referring to specifically? In general, you should be able to accept payments in india even with your canadian account.

It was just standard credit and debit cards are frowned upon in India.

Maybe the google pay api will work, is there a documentation for google pay web with stripe? I can only see android in stripe's docs.

But specifically, I was looking for something that might integrate with India's Unified Payment Interface

If UPI is something you're looking into and is important to your integration, I'd suggest contacting support https://support.stripe.com/contact. We have some India-specific features currently in the works, but nothing is public yet. Contacting support would be the best way to ask to be considered to try out these new features
