@violet fulcrum because saving the card can involve a small charge that is immediately refunded, and that payment can be 3D Secure authenticated. Looks normal enough to me.

But after the saved card information, the amount is not deducted from the bank. It is showing only on OTP screen

yep as I said, it's immediately refunded so it might not show up on statements
