Yeah, I'm sorry I'm not going to be able to do more here, but this is something that our teams are going to need to take a closer look at which is going to require a support ticket. Please use the chat widget on the page shared in the error message to create one, and be sure to include your context about this only being seen for OXXO
Got it! Sadly I've tried that and the AI agent does not transfer mi with a human or opens a support ticket no matter what I prompt it.
Is there other way to open a support ticket?
Hhmm, as far as I know that's the best route, but I've not heard of our bot being difficult like that before.
Maybe I chose an unfortunate time to do this yesterday when no one was available. It seems I now have a contact support form. I'll fill it out. Thank you!
