hello! give me a while to look into this
Hi! Is there any result?
I think this may take some time and isn't going to be resolved very quickly. I'll recommend writing in to Support and we'll keep you updated about this on the support ticket
I am having the same issue, in both my web implementation and android implementation with google pay, and they were working fine before.
In Android I get the error message of "Something went wront. Try again later or use another payment method. [OR_BIBED_08]".
Unsure if it helps to resolve the issue, but in my android logs I get the following WalletMerchantError "Error in loadPaymentData: Failed to tokenize payment method with payment gateway."
this should be occurring on test mode specifically. Livemode isn't impacted from what I'm aware. Since this will take a while to resolve, I'll still recommend writing in to Support so that you can be kept updated about it once it's resolved
Thanks! How should I continue to seek help?
You can reach out to Stripe Support - https://support.stripe.com/contact here to create a support ticket
I can't open this website: https://support.stripe.com/contact
what do you see? can you share a screenshot?
It's okay now, the network was just a bit slow just now.
But didn't the website recommend that I contact you through Discord?
This issue may take a while to resolve, and the thread will be closed after a while if there's no activity. It's generally better to create a support ticket so that you can be updated once the issue is fixed
is there a declared outage or somehow else tracking this issue?
Hey! Taking over for my colleague. Let me catch up.
You need to open a ticket via the support case
