when did you change your rertry settings?
it seems that you changed the retry settings this morning
if you were using the Smart Retries before than this explains why there were 8 retries
I forget when did i change it, but its some time ago. today i just try to check the settings by opening the settings, try to toggle it to smart then retoggle it to customize. That might help if i have some log of changing the settings

Sorry about the delay, was just trying to track down when that setting was changed, which appears to have been on the Feb 20th. The retry policy is "locked-in" per invoice at the time of the first failure, which for this invoice was Feb 17, so I think that explains the behaviour here
so it will only reflecting on the newer invoice?
Yes, any invoice where the first payment failure was after the point where the retry settings were changed

what about the other issue that i see the cancelled at 16 Feb tag? but no log about the cancellation
Note the Feb 16 tag is referring to 2027, so this is just saying the customer requested cancellation at this point, so it was still actually active at the time you saw that
