👋 Hi there, can you give me a little more info about what you're doing here and what's happening/what you're expecting to happen?

I create an api url for the user to connect an account to a marketplace in sandbox

the user enters the url and fills the information with simulated data

says everything is ok

but then it regress and says my document that was sent is blurred (I didnt send any document, I used the option to generate a successful response)

The success message probably referred to the fact that the data was successfully collected, but then failed validation. For sandbox environments, you would need to pass special test tokens/data. You can read about this here: https://docs.stripe.com/connect/testing

discovered that the issue was with the birth date, it was none of the trigger options, but in the docs theres no mention that this would trigger an error

I'm glad you found the issue! Do I understand correctly that you clicked "Request information" and submitted the same simulated data with only a different birth date?

I see! If the birth date was the only issue, I agree the error message isn't helpful. But to confirm this, I would need to know exactly which steps you followed and what data you submitted. But this is optional if you're unblocked.

I am facing a problem to test apis, I am working on a WordPress plugin which has multi vendor support so I am transferring order amount to connected vendor account but got a problem while testing. First I did the transfer which worked successfully but when I tried to reverse on refund it got failed due to insufficient balance, I checked all fund is on hold on test account. So need information regarding this. Why they are on hold and how long does it take to release the balance to make reversal works?

NOTE: I am not sure, it is the right channel or not.
