Hi mossy ๐
It works for cards, but paypal keeps returning unexpected error - i've read that it might be because of the setup future usage?
`PayPal
An error has occurred.
Return to amixweb and choose another payment method.
PayPal is not available at the moment.

๐ Hi ๐ Do you know if you've enabled recurring payments for PayPal in your Payment Method Settings?
https://docs.stripe.com/payments/paypal/set-up-future-payments
Do you have an example Payment Intent I can take a look at ?
Recurring payments
Requires approval
I think this might be the issue (?)
pi_3T47XwLSpzcjokpZ18LlAEQk
Took me a bit to find it, sorry
Yeah, looks like it can take 5 or so business days to get approved. Do you know when it was enabled?
Uhm, like 8 months ago?
Rules that out.
I am switching from checkout session to Payment Intents, and sometimes it didn't work with the checkout session too
What do you mean sorryy
Oh the approval time it says once recurring payments is enabled is about 5 days, but if you enabled recurring payments 8 months ago I don't think is an approval issue, or shouldn't be at least
I'm taking a closer look at the PI you provided
No if you're referring to what I pasted above it's from the dash
Do you have a screen shot showing that, just for more context (still looking over the PI)
Just to confirm this error is being presented on PayPals page when redirected there?
Getting this on PayPal page
and all I can do is go back to the website
I get redirected to PayPal > log in > error displays
Appreciate the patience was investigating further with the team. We can't identify anything being done wrong on your end at this point. We're going to need a deeper investigation to get to the bottom of this than can be achieve here. Are you ok with filing a ticket with Support so we can engage with internal teams and reach back out to you?
Yes, how do I do that
So there shouldn't be anything wrong with either my and your end
Not that we can tell so far, but we need to dive a bit deeper to be sure.

The chat bot will ask a few questions to get you routed to the correct support team.
Of course!
