I contacted the support but I kept going in loops with the AI sadly.
The pypi page says that private preview SDKs have aX as a suffix, however the integration guide I received via email shows that I should be using a bX prefixed SDK version.
Neither versions actually have the feature implemented it seems.
Hi there
Have you tried replying to the email for the preview feature?
My team on discord unfortunately won't know much about private preview features
I assumed it was an automated email so I didnt try replying, no.
I'll try that then, thank you.
Yeah if that doesn't work then you can create a support ticket via
https://support.stripe.com/?contact=true
Looking at the SDK version in the doc, it seems to be an older version. You could also try installing the latest SDK 14.x.x-aX to see if that makes a difference.

I installed both the one mentioned in the integration guide and 14.3.0a1, they are both missing the feature.
Gotcha. I'd suggest creating a support ticket so that it can be routed to the correct team handling the preview
The contact url redirects me to the same AI chatbot as before.
