based on the screenshot you shared, it looks like you updated the default API version of your account, which can also update the default API version of your webhook endpoint.

if i had made the API upgrade i should have the option to revert it and my problem would be solved. but I can't find that option anywhere. when i click "upgrade" i get this popup.

either way though, to restore the 2020-08-27 version, you'll need to contact our support team to manually change it for you
I'm afraid I can't make this change in Discord, but if you request for support to change this for you, and refer to this thread for context, we'll be able to get this updated for you
