That's probably because of "Action required". If you click on that what does it tell you?
Is this your Platform Dashboard? On Livemode?

I see. Do you just want to test TWINT? You can just create a Sandbox Account based off your Platform account first, then create its Connected Account, then try to enable TWINT in that pair
Otherwise, you would need to enable TWINT on your main account in the first place

2 days back I enabled Twint on my platform Account, and then i am trying to enable it for connected account.

I'm not sure which PMC you'll be using, this is really up to you to decide
