Just to make sure I understand you well, you are using Payment Element in your frontend ?
Because there is a wide range of ways to integrate Link in your Element integration:

We have a kinda custom integration, we show a form to get customer card details, then we get the sourceId and cvcToken and send that to our backend, but link does not provide cvcToken

So you are collecting the card details using your own form ?

No, we are using CardNumberElement
And i get the data I could use in my backend to create payment intent, but when link is used, i dont get data i need to complete the payment using the payment intent API

You can use it as a PaymentMethod too to confirm the PaymentIntent
