Got this notification from Stripe
May I know this will break our payments integration? @weak crag
This should not break your payments integration.
Are you an IC+ user and currently accepting payments from commercial cards?
I am not so familiar with stripe, what is IC+
I think we do accept payments from commercial cards and we are a product based company sells software
some vendor built custom application for us to create a payment form which is connected to both NetSuite (ERP) and stripe. Whenever customer submits the payment through that form, it creates a payment intent and charge the credit card or ACH also an option.
Ah gotcha. This should not impact you. However, we're not familiar with the NetSuite integration. Please reach out to support@stripe.com and let them know you have a NetSuite integration and you'll like to follow up on the notification you recieved.
NetSuite integration does fetch the customer info and invoice amount to pay on the form that's it. The remaining part is calling stripe payment APIs to accept that customer payment.
Ok. Can you share your account ID?
can we have a quick connect?
so that I can show you how it is built and may be you can suggest after that
Unfortunately we don't do live interactions. I'll check your account in a moment. Wrapping up a thread.
ok thank you. Are you directly from Stripe?
I can confirm that your integration will not be impacted.
IC+ stands for "Interchange Plus," which refers to a pricing structure involving interchange fees plus an additional fee or margin. This structure involves determining network costs (excluding Stripe markups) for transactions.
I recommend reaching out to your Account Executive or support@stripe.com to inquire why you were sent the notification.
