I had an existing app I uploaded to my account acct_1SHxH0AG2pP9ZMMq with a ugly id, so I then set it to private mode and uploaded a new app with my new id

I am trying to make the new app have an external test

well the old app is in private mode now, so there is no external test tab or anything anymore

Right now the Stripe Dashboard doesn't provide option to end the external testing or delete an existing app. Can I suggest you to write in to Stripe support and let them unblock you?
