what do you mean by "does not work"? to you get an error message? if so, which one?

We are calling the collect mathod inside SDK in this session but POS does not respond;

it is working first 6-8 hrs; after that it is not responding

it is not to one system; we get this behaviour in 2-3 cabinets for long period of running

can you try adding some logs to your code (or check your existing logs) to see what is happening exactly?
