Hello, sorry for the wait, from the invoice generated, i see that there was one payment attempt made. The first attempt is not considered as a retry.
Feel free to let us know, if it doesnt change to past due after the next payment attempt (which would be considered your first retry)
I think there have been at least two attempts.
at 28 jul and 29 jul
yesterday, the second invoice was Retrying too, and now it is failed already and generate a new one with Retrying statys

Anyway, I'm guessing you're referring to https://dashboard.stripe.com/acct_1N1gE6S7EHeaHKil/test/invoices/in_1Rq9OXS7EHeaHKilZA8fWoNO - Like what teddy said before, there was the first payment attempt on the 29 Jul which is not a retry. The payment on the 30 Jul, is the retry.

yesterday the status is Retrying, this screenshot was taken yesterday
but today, the status is updated to Failed. then it generate a new invoice
with the status retrying

having the screenshot of it retrying doesn't really mean much. It could be that it hasn't retried at the point of time you took the screenshot. It could be a Dashboard problem, it could be anything.

your subscription has a daily price. It would naturally generate a new invoice every day. Also, if the first attempt fails, then it retrying is normal. What's unexpected about this?
