I wanted to know why I'm getting this error, knowing that I'm attaching my real documents. I'm currently 16 years old and from Colombia. Therefore, I'm attaching an ID card. This error occurred when I selected a file to attach my document, and it doesn't detect it on either side. Please help me. -
What have you already attempted
I've tried restarting the page, logging out and back in, reloading the page, sending the document on one side, then the other, and it shows me the same message. -
