ok, it sounds like you're trying to do oauth connection for an express account which is not currently supported. can you share more about what you're trying to do? can you also share your stripe account ID and the account ID of the account you're trying to authorize?

HERE ARE THE INSTRUCTIONS FROM PLUGIN HOW CAN I DO THAT? OR IF HAVE TO USE THE STANDARD ACCOUNT?

  1. Go to http://stripe.com and login with username and password.
  2. Click on "Dashboard", and then select "Your account" -> "Account settings".
  3. A popup will appear and you must go to API Keys, here you will find the "Secret Key" and "Publishable Key".
  4. Do not forget to set Your Webhook at: https://bottomsupenemas.com?uap_act=stripe_v3_webhook
  5. Be sure you use the same currency in the Stripe account and in the "Ultimate Affiliate Pro" settings.
  6. In order to get "Client ID" or "Sandbox Client ID" you need to create a new OAuth application into Stripe.
  7. Go to "Account Page" -> "Settings" -> "Connect" :
  8. Create new app.
  9. Check all Account types and all Capabilities.
  10. Be sure that OAuth Settings ( OAuth for Express accounts & OAuth for Standard accounts ) are "on" and at "Redirects" are set at: https://bottomsupenemas.com?uap_act=stripe_v3_auth
  11. After you save the changes, copy and paste the "Client ID".

hello! sorry, i'm helping multiple people and can't guarantee fast responses. but yes, using express accounts and oauth is not a supported workflow anymore, so having them sign up for a standard account could be one way to help them out

ultimately it's difficult to know because you're using a plugin, which sits in between you and stripe

talking with the people who manage the plugin is ultimately going to give you more specific answers

like i said earlier, when you're working with a plugin like this it's generally best to contact the owner of the plugin directly for support as they've written all the code that interacts with stripe

i can tell you that what your user is trying to do is not supported, and that they should try using a standard account, but everything else beyond that is going to involve the plugin owner because they wrote the code
