we need redirect user to page depends on his payment status , for example, success payment - redirect to /success-route, declined payment - redirect to /declined route. To do that i think we need create separated page and pass url of this page to params.return_url. Then at this page take url params and check status of payment, right?

you can use https://docs.stripe.com/api/payment_intents/retrieve#retrieve_payment_intent-client_secret and you'll get a reduced view of the PI (the information we can expose so no PII included)
