Hi there, where did you get the "no Route matched with those values" error message from? Is it directly from a Striep API response?

I am not able to find the request
latest one is 12:14am IST

but the error I was looking for is around 12:15pm IST (screenshot from cloudwatch logs)

If you can't find the error in Stripe logs, there's a possibility that this error was thrown from a service rather than Stripe

ok, is there way to understand what went wrong in this case
and this payment was done in march, is this a possible reason?

I believe this error is outside Stripe's scope, you'll want to work with the engineer who developed this.
