I don't know why my customer's transaction are marked highest risk.
and i wan't disable radar ?
It means higher risk on setting up in a new device. I think you maybe able to adjust this by radar rules. Can you look at the supported field in radar?

I tested using old device but radar still thinks it is new device

about 10+ of my customers were all told it was new device, which I found absurd and confusing

I see that both payments are failing due to high risk score. This channel is focused on developers and integration related questions. I don't have much insights into Radar. I would recommend writing to Support and the support team can look into why the charges have high risk score. I'll send you a link where you can file a ticket with the support team.
