It means higher risk on setting up in a new device. I think you maybe able to adjust this by radar rules. Can you look at the supported field in radar?

I see that both payments are failing due to high risk score. This channel is focused on developers and integration related questions. I don't have much insights into Radar. I would recommend writing to Support and the support team can look into why the charges have high risk score. I'll send you a link where you can file a ticket with the support team.

From a technical integration perspective, how can we ensure that field "Time since device was first seen” is always captured accurately?.
Some transactions display a value like “3 minutes”
Other transactions show “Not available”
