please use VPN to EU region if your not.
Turn on VPN and set you location to any country in the EU. I have set France for myself.

After you open this website, you will see that a pop up appears which will ask you either accept the cookies or reject the same.
Click on 'Reject and Subscribe'. You will be redirected to the checkout form.
click pay to reject.
Use the stripe test card for 3ds verification - 4000000000003220 for checkout. You will be able to see that the above error occurs.

my team will not be able to access VPN to test. I am not seeing an option to reject and subscribe from your website after logging in either

i believe the issue is with the cache.

thank you, can you also provide me the Stripe account ID you're using? You can find your account id by logging in to https://dashboard.stripe.com/settings/account . It'll have the prefix acct_

that's odd, you could be right that it might be a cache issue but we really need to be able to reproduce the error to be sure
