Ooh, interesting ๐Ÿค”

This is a warning/prompt from Windows, not Stripe.

I'm not too familiar with password management on Windows machines. Have you been able to try logging into Stripe on a different browser?

Do you get the same Windows prompt or something else?

#

As a next step, you'll probably need to review any Windows settings/account settings to see how passwords are managed and determine why this extra layer of authentication is being requested. Stripe Support won't be able to help with this either, unfortunately.

it says the same but just instead of chrome it says whatever browser I'm using

Ah, I see. Yeah, sounds like something on the Windows side of things. I'm sorry I can't help more. If this is a computer that's managed by an IT team, I recommend chatting with them about this. Otherwise, you will need to review any Windows settings/user account settings to see why this is happening.
