Weird, because I am seeing this option in the Dashboard for acct_1NsMlXD2CzZDU24j. Go to Balances > Manage payout (button on the right side)
I recommend checking with your teammates whether you have the needed permission to manage payout schedule on the account

It could be the reason, I am not too sure as we usually assist with integration questions on this channel. But I do see the option to manage payout despite that warning.
