I called, I sent emails, no help whatsoever.

No Stripe support team says there is no identity verification with an app called Discord

I get it, and I'm sorry for the frustration. But we have no way to help you here unfortunately. Please do understand we can't help, we look at code to help developers. Please try support and contact Discord directly as they built this

I also contacted discord and it says write to stripe

I know I'm sorry that both sides are playing ping pong. Discord owns the full integration. They need to help you. They can contact Stripe on your behalf

I get it and both Stripe and Discord need to work together to help you so you need to keep talking to Stripe and Discord until someone helps.
