👋 Welcome to your new thread!

⏲️ We'll be here soon! Typically we respond in a few minutes, but sometimes we might take a bit longer if the server is busy or if you have a particularly tricky question.

⏱️ We close idle threads, which makes them read-only. Once a thread is closed it won't be reopened, but you can always start a new thread if you have another question.

🔗 This thread will always be available, even after it's closed. You can find it again using Discord's search, or you can save this link: https://discord.com/channels/841573134531821608/1367584634837143665

📝 Have more to share? Add more details, code, screenshots, videos, etc. below.

Below are links to other discussions we've had with you in the past week in case you want to review that information. If your question is related to one of these previous discussions, please provide a comprehensive summary of the current state and what you need help with now. We help many users simultaneously, so a summary allows us to resolve your issue as soon as possible.

Hello, when did you start seeing this issue? I can take a look to see if something changed but we definitely do try to avoid any kind of breaking change to existing API users

#

And when you say randomly, is that to say that you sometimes do get this error and sometimes don't with the same code?

Gotcha, looking in to this. And do you have multiple accounts that you make this request with that param on? I see that it is a preview feature, so I am wondering if that feature got turned off on that account or never got applied

Just one platform account

#

i can send account ID if you don't already have it

#

from the request

I have it, it looks like your account should still be set up for this. I am double checking some things and will escalate if I don't find an explanation in the next minute or two

I just escalated to my colleagues, will let you know what I hear back from them

@jagged pumice we have identified the issue and deployed a fix. You shouldn't see this error anymore, can you try this API call again to confirm you no longer get the error?
