Hi there 👋 do you see Apple Pay or Google Pay shown within the Payment Request Button page of our wallet test page?
https://docs.stripe.com/testing/wallets?ui=payment-request-button-element

If not, the wallet is likely not fully set up on the device you're testing with as we're expecting, and I'd suggest reviewing the device and browser setup requirements listed in that doc.

just show pay with link

bold rivet
#

In what browser? Link takes priority over Google Pay if you're using Chrome. (as mentioned in the recommendations on that test page)

ancient cloak
#

please check my website link for test you
first get this https://quiz.matcha-fit.com/question/type=fastfit_it&aid=start/ then get tis https://quiz.matcha-fit.com/checkout/

#

It will be displayed for you.؟

bold rivet
#

Probably a problem with setup of the browser/device you're using for testing.

ancient cloak
#

#

Does it for you?

ancient cloak

Did you check the browser and device setup requirements in the doc I linked initially to ensure your Safari and Apple Pay wallet are set up the way we're expecting?

#

Apple pay is showing for me, so it seems that is also a device/brower setup issue.

#

how to check dont show for me, how to setup environments

Scroll down on that page to the Check your device and browser setup section, and ensure the device/browser you're testing from satisfies all of the listed requirements.

#

My guess is that you don't already have a card in your Apple Pay wallet

ancient cloak
#

i have test it in chrome browser and in chrome must be show gPay button ?!

bold rivet
#

I don't understand what you're trying to ask there, would you mind reframing that question?

ancient cloak
#

I want to test this in Chrome.
Does the Google Pay button appear in Chrome?

#

Can you please tell me how the Apple and Google buttons are displayed?
Thank you

bold rivet
#

Yes it can.

Those buttons are displayed if the browser/device you're testing with satisfies all of the requirements listed on the page I shared. (that's why I spend a considerable amount of time building that guide, to help make this troubleshooting process easier)

i added one payment method in my chrome

#

and my link has https

#

but show me pay with link ??

bold rivet
#

It needs to be added to your Google Pay wallet, not Chrome.

ancient cloak
bold rivet
#

Alright, let's step through all the requirements listed in that doc.

The wallet must have at least one card.
You have a card in your Google Pay wallet. That's the same Google account you're using for testing, right?

(Google Pay) Log out of Link. If you see Pay with Link in the demo, your Link account takes priority over Google Pay. To log out:

  1. Click Pay with link in the demo.
  2. In the popup, click the overflow menu () at the top right of the window.
  3. Click Log out, then the Log out confirmation prompt.
  4. After the popup closes, verify that you see Google Pay in the demo.
Did you ensure you're not logged into Link?
ancient cloak
#

no not logout
idont find this => In the popup, click the overflow menu () at the top right of the window.

#

waht is ()

bold rivet
#

Ah, looks like it didn't copy from the doc right, it should be ...

#

It's an overflow menu, but it seems you aren't logged in, so let's move on to the next requirement.

#

What version of Chrome are you using?

ancient cloak
#

Version 135.0.7049.84 (Official Build) (64-bit)

bold rivet
#

That should be fine

#

Allow applicable browsers to access your wallet.
Chrome: Settings > Autofill and passwords > Payment methods > Allow sites to check if you have payment methods saved
Did you make sure this security setting is set properly?

ancient cloak
#

I'll share my code with you ؟؟

bold rivet
#

Don’t use a Chrome incognito window or Safari private window.
You're not using an incognito window for this testing, right?

(In Chrome this blocks access to your Google profile, which blocks access to checking whether you have a card saved)

#

Your code isn't the problem, since I can see the wallet options just fine.

bold rivet
#

Stripe doesn’t display Apple Pay or Google Pay for IP addresses in India.
You aren't trying to test this from India are you?

bold rivet
#

Hm, I'm not sure then, but this does seem to be something specific to your device/browser as the wallets are showing fine for me. Are you running any extensions/plugins that may be interferring with us checking your Google Pay wallet?

ancient cloak
#

no

#

Thank you for telling me what else to check ؟

bold rivet
#

I don't have any other ideas of what could be going on. It sounds like there is something on your side that is keeping us from being able to access your wallets, but I don't know what that could be. Maybe browser security policies implemented by your organization, maybe plugins/extensions you have running, maybe you're not logged into the same Google account you were showing the wallet for.

#

It doesn't seem to be an integration issue, since I can see the wallets without issue.
