Like an email with the summary of the purchase?
Since it's a recurring Price, do you want it sent on every renewal?

Invoices (the ones that use the template from the Dashboard) at Stripe are something different. It's more of a request for the customer to pay. For Subscriptions, Invoices are created for every billing period. It's not just a PDF with a summary of the purchase. But a confirmation of payment is called a Receipt, and you can only style it with your company branding: https://docs.stripe.com/receipts
actually this is already enabled. Sorry I meant to say Receipts.
But unfortunately there is no email that I have received. Neither on Sandbox not on live account

Stripe doesn't send emails in Sandboxes, so this is expected.
Not sure what happened with the Live mode one. Could you please share a PaymentIntent ID? Or Subscription ID?

I see some receipts were sent successfully yesterday. Have you changed your email settings since then?
