Hello there, we really don't know much about account statuses as we just focus on the API. It looks like maybe your Platform Profile hasn't been approved yet based on the message in your screenshot? @drifting spruce If customer is already registered in my platform as customer. we only take payment from their payment method, how long does it take to become avilable balance in my stripe that I can payout?
