I am using com.stripe:stripeterminal-taptopay:3.10.0 and com.stripe:stripeterminal-core:3.10.0
Is your Sunmi device in the supported device list? https://docs.stripe.com/terminal/payments/setup-reader/tap-to-pay?platform=android#device-types
yes
have been using it since stripe terminal android v2
it is written in the doc too
do those devices have GMS certification? Google Play Store: Google Play > Settings > About > Play Protect certification. Device should show "Device is certified
this is a public channel so I recommend redacting any sensitive information from your images such as your company name
I've removed those images that you've just posted
alright Alex
I'm not entirely sure what those screenshots are illustrating. Can you give me a quick summary of what you're trying to convey with them?
we have been using Sunmi v2s with stripe sdk v 3.10.0 for months
we have never experienced a error like this before
our merchants have been able to connect to NFC for collecting Tap to Pay payment wihout failure
today, our merchants began facing the attestation failure error
okay, so to summarize, your user is seeing "Failed to generate attestation", you mentioned that those devices have GMS certification. Were you able to get a screenshot verifying what I mentioned before? Google Play Store: Google Play > Settings > About > Play Protect certification. Device should show "Device is certified
sure, a moment
you don't have to paste it here in this channel
ah alright then
We're going to need some time to look into this, I'll share a link with you where you can create a ticket and we'll follow up via the ticket instead
