I can still maybe update the payment method after I received the charge.succeeded wehbhook? Does that will takes then that info in case of dispute?

You should pass the email when confirming the payment
why are you sending it when you create the Subscription ?

I generate the subscription object on server side, then pass to the front the client_secret so, the confirmation process is then done on front side.
So it's on the front that I have to add such information?

I found a workaround by updating the paymentIntent "payment_method_data" "billing_details" generated with the subscription BEFORE passing the client_secret to the client side.
