Hi, this is Romanian, so RO locale. "salvare efectuata" is a weird phrasing, especially when you have a saved card. It should be something like "Card salvat" aka "Saved Card"

Hmm yea that does seem like a poor translation. Google Translate tells me its something like "save done" which doesn't sound right.
