Are you a developer building an integration?

No, I am not a developer building an integration, but I own the store and I am trying to place a test order.

OK, you will likely need to contact your developer for help, but if familiar with the browser developer tools and can share an example failing request I can take a look. Otherwise you can look in your account developer request logs to see recent errors: https://dashboard.stripe.com/test/logs/

#

If you can't find errors/failing payment IDs there to hlep me look, I suggest contacting our support team for assistance: https://support.stripe.com/contact
